I'm Gunit Kaur, founder of Gunit's Boutique. With over twenty years in fashion design and formalwear alterations, from a boutique in New Delhi to our studio here in Guelph, I bring the same precision to a jacket that I bring to a bridal gown. Every body is built differently, so every fitting is built around the person wearing the suit, not a size chart.

How far in advance should I book suit alterations?

For weddings, book six to eight weeks before the date where you can, with a final fitting closer to the day. For everyday suits, a week or two is usually plenty. Same-day alterations are available if your timeline is tighter.

Can the groom and groomsmen be fitted together?

Yes. A single group appointment lets the groom and the full groomsmen lineup get fitted in one visit, with proportions checked across the group.
